How To Redeem

When checking out (in step 4, "Payment"), enter your Ballard Designs eGift Card Number and PIN in the appropriate fields. The eGift Card Number and PIN* are located in your eGift Card email.

Then, press "APPLY."

The amount will not be deducted from your eGift Card until you complete your order by pressing "SUBMIT ORDER." Any balance remaining on your eGift Card after you check out can be applied to future orders.

*NOTE: If your Ballard Designs eGift Card does not have a PIN, please call 1-800-536-7551 to place your order with a Customer Service Representative.

*Gift Cards can be used for shopping online, by telephone or at any Ballard Designs store. Some purchases may require payment verification which may impact delivery times.
