Grape Pistachio Truffles

 

  • 24 clean, stemmed seedless grapes – red or white is acceptable
  • 8 ounces fresh goat cheese
  • 1 cup crushed pistachios

In the palm of your hand, roll approximately ½ tablespoon of goat cheese around one grape, covering completely. Repeat until each grape is covered.

Place grapes in freezer for 15 minutes to set.

Roll grapes in crushed pistachios, and place grapes back in freezer for another 15 minutes to set.

Serve immediately.

Makes 24 truffles.
