What is the paint color/technique on the walls on page 35 of the March (green cover) catalog?

This is the exterior of a residence but a similar finish for indoors is Venetian Plaster. Venetian Plaster is involved to apply but the results are stunning and well worth the work. Every brand of venetian plaster products use different names but a good description of this color is wheat.
