- 12 tablespoons elderflower liqueur (St. Germain)
- 12 lemon twists
- 12 champagne flutes
- Bitters
- 2 bottles champagne or prosecco, chilled
- Add 1 tablespoon of the liqueur and 1 lemon twist to each of 12 champagne flutes. Add one drop of bitters to each glass. As guests arrive, fill each glass with champagne or prosecco and enjoy.
