Recipe: Annette Joseph's Champagne Cocktail

If you like a sweeter cocktail, add a sugar cube to each glass along with the bitters.
Ingredients
  • 12 tablespoons elderflower liqueur (St. Germain)
  • 12 lemon twists
  • 12 champagne flutes
  • Bitters
  • 2 bottles champagne or prosecco, chilled
Instructions
  1. Add 1 tablespoon of the liqueur and 1 lemon twist to each of 12 champagne flutes. Add one drop of bitters to each glass. As guests arrive, fill each glass with champagne or prosecco and enjoy.
