As the holiday season approaches, we start thinking about entertaining. What do we need to pull off a flawless holiday dinner? How can we give our dinnerware and table setting pieces a new look? What festive accents should we add to our repertoire? All of these questions can be answered with a little inspiration which is what we’re bringing you today. A classic holiday table made up of pieces you can use year round but that together evoke that holiday feel we’re after:
Our inspiration for this holiday table began with Bunny Williams new Thai Ikat Tablecloth. The rich wine color is perfect for this time of year, but it can easily be brought out in the summer and mixed with brighter hues. We love the way it pairs with classic Christmas red.
Mixing dinnerware collections is the perfect way to give those holiday pieces you pull out each year a fresh new look. We used our red Jacqueline Dinner Plates with our Florence Chargers and topped with salad plates from Bunny Williams Gold Star Collection.
Of course the centerpiece can take any table to a whole other level. We used dark wine-colored peonies and dahlias, seeded eucalyptus, and oak leaf hydrangeas to enhance the color palette of the table.
Finish off your table with sparkling gold flatware and gold rimmed glasses to create a table that will glimmer in the candle light. We added an extra flourish by tied some buds with ribbon and placing one at each plate.

This beautiful stone fireplace is featured in many of your catalogs. Can anyone tell me what type of stone it is, or the source for purchasing it? We’re installing a new fireplace and I’d love to have this look!
