No purchase necessary. To be eligible, an entrants must be 18 years of age or older and reside in the U.S. or its territories. Employees of Ballard Designs, Inc. (“Ballard Designs”), its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising or promotional agencies and members of their families are not eligible to participate. Entry constitutes permission to use entrants name, voice, likeness or quotes without further permission.
To enter, create a board on www.pininterest.com with four or more of your favorite Ballard Designs items total value of$1000.00 US or less. . Visit the entry form at XXX.com to submit your information along with the link to the board. All entries must be received no later than April 20, 2012. Only items Pinned from Ballard Design items will be accepted as entries.
By entering the sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these official rules. Ballard Designs is not responsible for incorrect, faulty or misdirected email transmission or inaccurate entry of information due to human error, technical malfunction of any network, computer or software or any other cause. Ballard Designs reserves the right to terminate the promotion and award the prize in a random drawing from all eligible entries prior to the termination in the event that the promotion is compromise in any way.
On or about April 23, 2012, a random drawing from all eligible entries will be conducted to determine the winner. The winner will be notified within 7 days of the drawing.
One $1000 Ballard Designs Merchandise Certificate will be awarded. The gift card can be used to purchase items from www.ballarddesigns.com. Ballard Designs makes no representation that all of the items “pinned” in the entry will be available on www. ballarddesigns.com when the winner attempts to use the winning gift card.
Except where prohibited, entrants agree that: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforcement of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants and Ballard Designs and its agents shall be governed by and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law of any jurisdiction. Entrant agrees that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to this sweepstakes, or awarding of the prizes, shall be filed only in the state or federal courts located in the State of Florida and entrant hereby consents and submits to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such action. Except where prohibited, by participating in this sweepstakes, entrant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this sweepstakes, or awarding of the prizes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and (b) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with participating in the sweepstakes but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (c) under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. Such jurisdictions do not allow the limitations or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above my not apply to you.
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries. The retail value of the prize is approximately $1000. Taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Void where prohibited.
