If you follow us on Instagram (@ballarddesigns), you may have seen a bunch of smiling facing (albeit worn out, sweaty ones) standing in front of an adorable little house in Atlanta. Members from the Ballard Designs corporate office spent a day away from their desks and instead of a computer mouse in hand, there was a paint brush.
It was a fun day of painting, caulking, and climbing ladders. Below are some snaps from our time spent at this Habitat for Humanity home!
Bright and early, we were at the house ready to put our game faces on.
A couple of brave folks climbed ladders, but not before a thorough safety briefing!
It was truly a team effort, and our leader even remarked that we were fantastic painters! Couldn’t be more proud.
We took a quick break for lunch, then got back to work!
Afterwards our wonderful homeowners had a freshly painted yellow house — trimwork and all!
