Introducing Our Tape Trim Program

We often say that great design is in the details. Whether it’s a sophisticated nailhead trim that gives definition to the curve of a headboard or the most lovely jewel-shaped pulls on a cabinet, it’s those little finishing details that instantly elevate a look. These days, one of our absolute favorite ways to add decorative detail into a space is with tape trim. Designers have been using trim in fine interiors for years, but we can work the look, too!

We couldn’t be more excited to introduce five very chic tape trims available by the yard and paired with a fabric as an upholstery option. From top to bottom, they are:

1. Tangerine Jute
2. Aqua Stripe
3. Navy Chevron
4. Mocha Geometric
5. Lime Geometric

These beautiful tape trims coordinate with so many of our fabrics, and to take the work out of it for you, we matched each one with a coordinating fabric that can be upholstered on any four essential pieces, including our Parsons Chair, Upholstered Cube, Hayes Ottoman and Louise Bench. The trim/fabric combinations for those upholstered pieces are:

1. Tangerine Jute/Belize Apricot (shown on Parsons, top photo)
2. Mocha Geometric/Harper Earth (shown on Parsons, above)
3. Navy Chevron/Charlotte Blue (shown on Hayes Ottoman, above)
4. Lime Geometric/Piper Citron (shown on Louise Bench, below)
5. Aqua Stripe/Kaley Aqua

If you’re ready to unleash your inner decorator, order the tape trim by the yard for your next home decor project. Whether you’re repeating a color or creating contrast, it’s a great way to pull your color palette together in a room. For example, you could trim a pair of panels or Roman shades, a pair of throw pillows or a basic lampshade.

For a sophisticated coordinated look, repeat the same trim that’s on an upholstered piece in your room. For example, in the bedroom above, you could trim the lamp shades of a pair of bedside lamps in the same Lime Geometric tape to match the bench. Now wouldn’t that look fabulous?
