Red and green may reign supreme during Christmas, but we love to play with different color palettes. Following Bunny Williams’ advice, we added tons of shimmer and shine to this table, along with classic blue-and-white accent plates to create a table that’s festive enough for the holidays but equally appropriate anytime of year.
Metallics are the name of the game for this table setting. We played with a mixture of silver and gold plus plenty of neutrals like gray and white. Bunny Williams’ Beaded Pagodas filled with flameless pillar candles create the perfect centerpiece. We scattered just a few cupfuls of white roses around the table then accented with gold flatware and gold rimmed glasses.
To add hits of gold around the table, we used Bunny Williams Gold Star Dinnerware to echo the gold edge of our Ming Accent Plate. A simple linen napkin complements flatware with a gold finish. For this table, we went sans placemat or table cloth. With so much shimmer and shine already, there was no reason to add fussy elements.
