Spring and Summer 2024 paint colors are all about bold blues and bright hues as the weather warms and seasonal refreshes begin. This year’s selection of paint colors are pulled right from our seasonal catalog, and we’re showcase the very best bold, subtle, and all-around beautiful wall color options we’ve been loving.
Please keep in mind that color may vary due to various light conditions, finish and other factors. It’s always a great idea to test a paint sample on your wall first.
Georgian Green HC-115 — Benjamin Moore
With a timeless and elegant hue inspired by the classical Georgian era, this subtle green paint color adds rich creamy undertones and a surprising touch of warmth. It is especially well suited for subdued spaces of the home such as a bedroom, bathroom, or home office.
Teacup Rose 2170-50 — Benjamin Moore
An ideal spring color tone for accentuating with bold patterns, fabrics, and bright blues; Teacup Rose is an alluring and classy shade of pink we love seeing as the backdrop for a well decorated gathering spot.
Golden Straw 2152-50 — Benjamin Moore
Golden Straw adds an element of comfort that feels reminiscent of the early morning sunrise, making it an excellent option for cozy bedroom spaces or infusing kitchens and common areas with a welcoming, light-hearted charm.
Van Courtland Blue HC-145 — Benjamin Moore
A beautiful matte with subtle hints of gray, Van Courtland Blue has the unique ability to look vibrant in practically any lighting situation. It is a highly versatile paint color option we encourage using in both accent and full wall coats.
Balboa Mist OC-27 — Benjamin Moore
Balboa Mist brings a gentle sense of warmth to spaces without completely overpowering them with color, which leaves room for bold florals and wall decor to take center stage in spaces they otherwise would play a complimentary role.
Aplomb AF-625 — Sherwin Williams
This surprisingly subtle shade of purple can work wonders on a room when complimented by floral patterns and plenty of natural light. It even works great with dark and navy blue furniture fabrics like our Keaton sectional shown above.
Halycon Green SW6213 —Sherwin Williams
This shade of light green feels like a perfect blend between spring and summer seasonal hues. It particularly works well wood or other natural tones, making it a great option for dining rooms with windowed vistas.
Straton Blue HC-145 — Benjamin Moore
This muted blue-green provides a room with an airy-feeling backdrop that compliments bold solids and patterns of all types. Here, we used Straton Blue in an entryway and love how transitional it makes the entire room feel.
Tranquil Aqua SW-7611 — Sherwin Williams
Sometimes, much like Tranquil Aqua above, the name of a paint color perfectly describes its place in interior design. This bold shade of blue compliments nearly every other blue shade and comes alive in the daylight while mellowing out at night.
Georgian Bay CC-782 — Benjamin Moore
If you’re looking for a summer shade of blue with less vibrancy and more warmth, Georgian Bay adds a touch of smoky sophistication to any room with its near-denim undertones.
Whipple Blue HC-152 — Benjamin Moore
We’ve always been a fan of cornflower here at How to Decorate, which is why we’re closing out this year’s official list of Spring and Summer paint colors with the gorgeous Whipple Blue. This beautiful light blue adds a soft and sophisticated backdrop for rooms with lots of white or matching monochromatic furniture.

Hi
In the second picture, is that the Cameron soda? What fabric is used on the sofa in this picture?
Kelley Bostian
Hi Rachel,
You are correct: that is indeed the Cameron Sofa you are mentioning, and we believer it is our “Specter Sky” upholstery fabric. Hope that helps and happy decorating!

Thanks so much!

Hi! I am hoping to find out the name/brand of the green paint used on page 64 of the Spring 2024 catalog that we received in the mail. The caption on that page says: “Every day is a garden party.” Thanks in advance.
Caroline McDonald
Hi Jen,
It’s Sherwin Williams Verdant #6713.
Happy decorating,

Caroline McDonald

Kimmy
Can you share the paint color on the first picture of the living room walls? The picture below shows Georgian Green in the home office. I do not see the color listed on the living room walls (green)
Thanks!
Kelley Bostian
Hi Kimmy,
The wall color of the first picture is Georgia Green, it just appears to be a bit lighter in the photo due to varying lighting conditions. Actually, the variability of this green shade throughout the daylight hours makes it an excellent candidate for a spring refresh in particular!
Happy Decorating,
Kelley
