Im thinking about having a wood counter on my island and marble on the rest of the countertops. Would I need to match my kitchen table with the color of the wood island?

There are so many factors that could play into this. How close are the pieces to each other? Are they similar shapes? Overall, we would say no, they don’t need to match.
