I have a question. In some designs the sheer drapery is hung from the wall height while in others it is above the window and allowed to puddle. I have sheers on order that would kiss the floor if hung from that height and have a 7 inch puddle. Is that too much fabric? I need your opinion as to which would work best for a linen sheer fabric?

7 inches of puddle is probably a bit much. Can you hang the panels a bit higher? An extra 2-3 inches is fine, but 7 inches will collect dirt and dust.

I’m sorry it took me a minute to track down the living room you were looking for. I believe the color is Benjamin Moore’s Jamesboro Gold — it’s the orange paisley couch with the orange/gold wall color?
