Our Newberry furniture collection recalls the romantic British colonial style popular throughout the world from the 16th to 18th centuries. The genteel look was relaxed and well-traveled with furniture silhouettes rendered in stained rattan, tropical timbers, and bamboo. The Newberry Stand is handmade of sturdy natural rattan and hand finished to capture the rich tortoise shell patina that once defined colonial furniture from exotic, faraway places like Africa, India, and the West Indies.
