When you walk into one of our retail stores, it's as though the pages of our catalog have come to life. Each store is designed like an open-air European market, with charming storefronts and room vignettes filled with all the beautiful things you love about Ballard. And five times every year, we change the look, so there's always something new to inspire you.

In addition to catalog merchandise, our retail stores are a treasure trove of accessories and specialty items you'll only find here, including decorative wrapping papers, the best books on design, candles for every occasion and fragrances by K. Hall, Seda France and Root.

The Custom Shop
It really is all about you. Choose from our huge selection of upholstered frames and customizable accessories, then browse our ever-changing Fabric Library to find the perfect fabric for a custom look. There's even a card catalog with free swatches, so you can compare colors, textures and patterns at home.

Expert help
Our highly trained Associates can help with everything from designing your home office or bedroom to picking the right paint colors to complement your new Ballard rug. We love to decorate as much as you do.
We stock over 60% of what you see in the store, so there's a good chance you can take a piece of Ballard home with you today. If we don't have the item you want in stock, an Associate will help you with a Special Order or have it shipped directly from our warehouse.
If not in stock, many items are available through Special Order for in-store pickup. Most Special Orders are ready in two weeks. (Please note: Custom and online-only items cannot be Special Ordered.)
Any item you see in our stores can be shipped directly from our warehouse, so you don't have to worry about getting it home. An Associate will help you make all the arrangements. Shipping charges apply.
