The Abilene Bookcase is a beautiful blending of old world craftsmanship and fresh on-trend color. The tall, elegant case is handcrafted of solid birch and birch veneers with lustrous French Blue finish. Hourglass fretwork on each side is reflected by clear mirror inside the upper and lower back, creating an airy, light-filled gallery for books and ceramics. Richly molded crown and two fixed shelves are supported by turned columns corners. Two beaded panel drawers open with hexagonal polished brass pulls on slow-close, full extension glides. Turned tapered legs raise this statement-making bookcase to a statuesque seven feet in height.
