To retrieve your online account password, please follow these steps:

2. Enter the email address you used to register your account.
3. And we will email you your password.

Can I make changes to my Ballard Designs account?

You can change your Ballard Designs online account information at any time by visiting "My Account" from the home page. Simply log-in to your account using the original e-mail address and password you used to initiate the account. Once you are logged in, you can use the "My Account" window to view and make changes to:

• Contact and billing information
• Credit card information
• E-mail preferences, including e-mail address changes
• Account sign-in information, including user name and password
