Fees

  • Orders equal to and under $200 will be charged 15% of the total order value.
  • Orders over $200 will be charged 10% of the total order value with a cap at $350.
  • Oversized Handling Fee - $20-$40 per item.
  • All shipping charges are based on the original retail price of the product prior to any discounts being applied.

*Orders placed in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & US Virgin Islands will have additional costs.

Expedited Shipping

Delivery Time

We offer Two Business Day or Next Business Day Expedited Shipping on many items. Expedited orders received by 1 pm ET Monday–Friday are shipped the same day.

Expedited order cut-offs may vary during weeks surrounding a federally recognized holiday.

Fees

Rates start at $25 for Two Business Day and $35 for Next Business Day and increase based on the size of your order. The amount will be calculated at check out or call us for a quote.

Oversized handling fee - $20-$40 per item.

Truck Delivery

Delivery Time

Generally available for delivery 2-3 weeks after shipping.

Fees

Threshold Truck Delivery - $40 per item

  • Items are unloaded by the driver and placed inside the first-floor doorway, garage, or covered area of your choice.
  • If the home is a multi-dwelling building, the items will be delivered inside the residence.
  • Assembly not included.

Recommended

In-Home Truck Delivery - add'l $35 per item

  • On many larger items, like furniture, you have the option to upgrade the delivery experience to In-Home Truck Delivery.
  • Some items only ship via In-Home Truck Delivery.
  • With our In-Home Truck Delivery service, the item will be brought inside in your home, unpacked, placed in its final destination, and packaging materials removed.
  • Assembly is not included.
