Our Majestic Vases are handmade exclusively for us in the picturesque Northern Italian town of Bassano del Grappa, where fine ceramics have been produced since the 17th century. Using a special white clay called terraglia dolce ("sweet earthenware") found in the nearby Dolomite mountains, skilled family artisans meticulously sculpt, and hand carve each vase to create the intricate floral relief. Baked at 1000 degrees Celsius, the ceramic shape comes out of the kiln resembling snow white porcelain, perfect for hand applying the soft ivory finish and golden accents. Mix and match styles to create an instant collection. Each Majestic Vase is stamped underneath with "Hand Made in Italy" and signed by the artist.
