Additional Info: Vacuum regularly using a low powered vacuum cleaner. Do not use a beater brush. If threads are pulled up during vacuuming, use scissors to simply cut the ends. Remove spills immediately by blotting with a clean dye-free cloth, dampened in cool, clean water. Apply downward pressure to the stain, then use clean dry towel and repeat. Professional rug cleaning is recommended. Avoid using harsh chemicals as they could damage or fade your rug or its backing.
Use of rug pad is recommended.

Fees

  • Orders equal to and under $200 will be charged 15% of the total order value.
  • Orders over $200 will be charged 10% of the total order value with a cap at $350.
  • Oversized Handling Fee - $20-$40 per item.
  • All shipping charges are based on the original retail price of the product prior to any discounts being applied.

*Orders placed in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & US Virgin Islands will have additional costs.

We offer Two Business Day or Next Business Day Expedited Shipping on many items. Expedited orders received by 4 pm ET Monday–Friday are shipped the same day.

Expedited order cut-offs may vary during weeks surrounding a federally recognized holiday.

Rates start at $25 for Two Business Day and $35 for Next Business Day and increase based on the size of your order. The amount will be calculated at check out or call us for a quote.

  • Items are unloaded by the driver and placed inside the first-floor doorway, garage, or covered area of your choice.
